Anthony Davis is a British broadcaster, writer and voiceover, born in London and now based in Hollywood, Los Angeles where he works as a voice actor.

In the UK he hosted Drivetime on the Smooth FM network to a national audience of 6 million listeners. For almost a decade prior, his nightly call-in news talk programme on LBC radio was the most popular late show in London.

Anthony is also one of the UK’s most established voiceover artists, heard on advertising campaigns, documentaries and announcing live television events for the BBC including The Royal Variety Performance, Comic Relief and the Commonwealth Games.

For over 25 years Anthony’s career has spanned the creative arts, providing an exclusive and essential apprenticeship in show business.

Below are quotes from Anthony’s radio listeners in recent years…

“Anthony is a master story teller and is wonderful on the phones” (Brian McColl, radio consultant).

“It’s the personal touch which makes him different, his life and thoughts are like a soap opera – with comedy. We are all addicted.”

“I’m almost scared to enjoy him as much as I do, in case he is suddenly whipped away”.

“the perfect blend of humour, seriousness, sympathy, and down to earthness (it is a word!)”.

“you posses the key comminication skills to move and touch your listeners with any subject – your ability to talk about human emotions have brought me much comfort and reassurance throughout the years”.

“It should be compulsary for all wayward children to have to listen to him for two hours a day just to get a sense of morals, manners and respect. The world might be a better place then.”

“you are a riot and education all in one. I may have to resort to drugging the wee ones!”

“you really connect with people in a charming way and never belittle their views.”

“a decent, humane, and hugely entertaining broadcaster”.
